Dorzok Realty and its companion business, Tipler Service Center, are located in the same building at the corner of Hwy 70 and Dream Lake Road (aka Forest Road 2450) in Tipler, where we can literally look out the window and see the Nicolet National Forest. This is a very rural, rustic area where the deer outnumber the people and it is common to see bald eagles - and sometimes even black bears. If you are in our neck of the NorthWoods - stop in!

 

What We Do:

"Bringing Buyers and Sellers Together in Wisconsin's NorthWoods" is the goal of Dorzok Realty. While we are licensed to work anywhere in Wisconsin, we specialize in marketing properties in western Florence and northeastern Forest Counties, primarily in the townships of Tipler, Long Lake, Alvin, Newald, Fence, Cavour and Popple River. We handle all types of properties, including full-time homes, cabins, vacant lots and acreage, waterfront properties and small businesses. Dorzok Realty is a Multiple Listing Service member so we can be your "one-stop shopping" store for real estate in our market area.

Background:

Dorzok Realty was established in 1997 to fill the need for real estate services in western Florence and northeastern Forest Counties, an area that was not being served. Mary Lou Dorzok, Owner/Broker, moved to the area in 1989 and has been practicing real estate since 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee) and has experience in business management, retailing, land development, accounting and computer operations.
